| dc.description.abstract |
Kamu harcamaları ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki iki yönlü ilişki, iktisat ve maliye literatüründe üzerinde bir uzlaşı olmayan bir konu olma özelliğindedir. Kamu harcamalarının ekonomik büyümeye olan etkisi Keynesyen teorinin önermesi iken Wagner Yasası ise ters yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisini belirtmektedir. Bu çalışmada Keynes ve Wagner Yasası Otoregresif Gecikmesi Dağıtılmış (ARDL-Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model) vasıtası ile araştırılmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlar Türkiye ekonomisi için Wagner Yasası’nın ve Keynesyen yaklaşımın geçerli olduğunu göstermektedir. |

The two-way relationship between public spending and economic growth is a non-compromise issue in the economics and finance literature. The effect of public spending on economic growth is the proposition of Keynesian theory, while Wagner's Law states an inverse causality relationship. In this study, Keynes and Wagner Law are being investigated through Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Model. The obtained results indicate that it is valid for Turkey's economy Wagner Act and the Keynesian approach. |
