Belge Yönetimi ve Kurumsal Bir İşletmede Uygulama Örneği

Abstract

Artan rekabet koşulları ile birlikte yönetim sistemleri önem kazanmış ve yönetim araçları üzerine çalışmalar yoğunlaşmıştır. Stratejik yönetim anlayışı işletmelerin, hatta kurumların vazgeçilmezi haline gelmiştir. Stratejik yönetimde en önemli konulardan biri işletmelerin yıllar içerisinde kazandığı tecrübe ve yetkinlikleri kişilerden çok kuruluşa mal etmesidir. Bu sebeple, edinilen bilgi ve belgelerin depolanabilir, geliştirilebilir ve revize edilebilir olması gerekmektedir. Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte elektronik depolama ve yönetim araçlarının sayısının artması da işletmelerde belge yönetimi kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada elektronik belge yönetim sistematiğinin uygulama aşamalarının incelenmesi ve örneklenmesi amacıyla İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş.’de uygulanan elektronik belge yönetim sistemi ele alınmıştır

Management systems have gained importance with increasing competition and the studies are focused on the management tools. Strategic management approach becomes indispensable for companies and even institutions; one of the most important issues of strategic management is that many organizations attribute their experience and competencies gained over the years to the firms not to persons. For this purpose, the information and documents should be stored, improved and revised. The increasing number of electronic storage and management tools with the development of the technology has revealed the concept of document management in enterprises.
